Just been in London for a big Piemonte tasting at The Ledbury restaurant. If you ever go to London make sure to visit the Ledbury, amazing and a 2 Michelin Guide restaurant.

Lasanga of Rabit with Cepes, Celery and Rosemary.
Chrisp skinned suckling pig with pumpkin, black pudding ad ham.
Loin of Berkshire hare dusted in juniper with parsley root and pear.
Cocoa seed creme brulee with coffee ice cream and chocolate madeleines.
